Our baby footprint and handprint casting kits make a great baby keepsake. Buy online here for delivery to your door (UK only). These special kits allow you to create a unique print or 3 dimensional keepsake of your baby's feet and/or hands. They're easy to use, and everything needed to create and frame your casting is included in the kit. We offer a choice of quality frames to chose from, and unlike other kits they come complete with a finished glass window frame. There's also double the amount of casting material of most kits on the market, giving you every chance to create the perfect casts (usually enough to make at least 5 or 6 casts of a baby up to 12 months old). Detailed instructions are given on how to make your casts; you simply mix the impression powder with water, put into the plastic bag provided, squeeze the mixture gently around the foot or hand and then wait a couple of minutes for it to set (it's biodegradeable and non-toxic, and totally safe to use on the skin). The empty mould is then filled with the casting mix and left for a few hours to set. After you peel away the mould your cast is ready to paint (if required) and framed in the 8" x 8" frame chosen.
